It’s quick and easy to create your own customised tenders profile. Just go to Dashboard There are over 9000 official tender categories (CPV Codes). Our advanced matching system allows you to find the right categories for your business using keyword or industry searches. Every time a new matching tender is released we’ll notify you immediately by email.

You can get started with the Free Plan which allows you to access limited features, and upgrade when you're read. There two paid plan options. Standard Plan is £49 a month. Pro Plan is $99 a month. y.

When you’ve created your Free Plan account just go to Dashboard > Reports and you’ll see key data for tenders matching your chosen tender categories – including the number of tenders published. No two periods are exactly the same of course, but you’ll get a clear indication of the tenders you will receive as a subscriber.

UK public sector bodies that issue tenders include 500+ Councils, Utility Companies (water, gas, electricity), NHS, Clinical Commissioning Groups, Primary Care trusts, BBC, Post Office, Educational Bodies (schools, colleges, universities), Housing Associations, Museums & Art Galleries, Public Transport, Financial Institutions, Police, MOD, Prison Service, Fire Brigades, Charities. These organisations are all legally required to procure products and services via tenders (excluding very low value items). Combined, the UK public sector issues over 70,000 tenders every year.

Yes. We understand that some smaller businesses only require tenders for their local area. Pro Plan users can filter tender results by UK region.

Yes you do. The Government has stipulated that all UK public sector bodies should award a minimum of 25% of their tenders to SMEs and Micro businesses. Furthermore, many local authorities have made a specific pledge to increase their business with SMEs because they recognise the innovation and increased local employment that SMEs can bring. Many tenders these days even state they are SME Friendly.

The first step is to express your interest with the public sector body that has issued the tender. This doesn’t commit you to bidding for the tender but will allow you to obtain the full tender documentation. You will then have all of the information you need to decide whether or not to bid. To express your interest you need to follow the instructions in the tender notice in your account.

You can cancel the monthly subscription plan anytime. No need to call or email us, you can easily cancel within your account. Go to Dashboard > Account. The 12 month subscription package cannot be cancelled before the expiry date.
